
The Enterprise Technology Slate team is responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer relationship management (CRM) software for Office of Enrollment. The CRM used, Slate, contains personal data about prospective students, applicants, and current students.
There are two separate systems of Slate: (1) Undergraduate and (2) Graduate School.
This service is designed to request: staff account creation and deletion, applications suggestions, data requests and uploads, as well as, general service requests.
