How to Install ArcPro on University Owned Devices

Note: ArcPro can only be installed on Windows OS. You must be connected to the university network via, Eduroam, etherent, or VPN in order to install from the Software Center.

Step 1: Install ArcPro

  1.  Open the Software Center on your Windows computer. 
  2.  Find ArcPro under Applications.  
  3.  Click install to install it.  It is a large program and can take several minutes to install.  If you have an old version of ArcPro on your computer, this will uninstall the previous version and install the new version.
  4. Once installed continue to Step 2.

Step 2: License ArcPro

  1. Launch ArcPro
  2. At the sign in page, click Your Organization’s URL



     
  3. In the empty field, enter umontana

    ​​​​​​​

     
  4. Click Continue, then click the UM NetID button
  5. Sign in with your NetID and password at the UM NetID SSO Page​​​​​​​

    Note:  ​​​​​​​This software is to be used for academic or administrative purposes only. Use for consulting or any other form of commercial or profit-generating activities is prohibited. Can be used on a personally owned device in any geographic location where it is not prohibited by the then current applicable US government export laws and regulations (currently the following: Iran, Sudan, North Korea. Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea region In the Ukraine), solely for Academic and Administrative Use.
