Summary
A knowledge base is a self-serve online library of information about a product, service, department, or topic.
The data in our knowledge base comes from several contributors who are well versed on the subjects. Subjects range from the ins and outs of our IT departments, to how a new product, hardware, or software works. The knowledge base includes FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and any other nitty gritty details you may want or need to know.
Instructions
1. From the UM Solutions Center landing page, click either the "Knowledge Base" tab in the top navigation or the "Find a Solution" button to view the Knowledge Base page.
2. Peruse the categories until you find an answer to your question.
3. Be sure to leave feedback on our articles! If something isn't helpful, please tell us how we can do better.
4. If you can't find an answer for what you are looking for, you can report problems with the "Report a Problem" button located at the bottom of each article.
Note: If you can't find a knowledge base article that is helpful, request the "I'd like to request a new knowledgebase article" service and let us know what you need!
Hint: You can use the search bar in the top right to find knowledge base articles, or view popular articles from the UM Solutions Center landing page.
