Use this page to select hardware for departmental or grant-funded purchases. Purchases made from this menu are funded by the requesting department or grant, and you will need to provide a valid index code you are authorized to charge against.
Each product line (PC, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac) offers three tiers, Basic, Performance, and Pro, so you can match the hardware to the intended use. Laptops can optionally add a Make it a Bundle! (MiaB) package for a dock, monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and desktops can add a monitor or docking station individually.
Prices listed below are estimates and may vary slightly at the time of purchase due to vendor pricing changes.
If your need falls outside these standard configurations (GPU workstations, 2-in-1/convertible laptops, iPads, Surface devices, etc.), see the Custom/Special Request section below.

PC laptops include a 3 Year Warranty. Mac Laptops include a 1 year warranty (AppleCare may be added later as necessary).

MiaB is available for laptop configurations only. Desktops already include a keyboard and mouse and do not require a dock.
