Completing your employees' FUEL Evaluations

This guide will walk you through the steps to complete your direct reports' FUEL evaluations.

When your employee submits their FUEL Self-Evaluation form, you will receive an email notification, indicating you are responsible for providing comments and scheduling a follow-up session. To do this, click on the link within the email to open the ticket in TDNext. FUEL Reviews live in a ticketing app separate from normal IT tickets, so only UM IT Supervisors will be able to access these tickets.

Once you are logged into TDNext and viewing the ticket, click on the green "Edit" button and you will be able to enter your feedback on each of your employees' FUEL criteria.

In the Edit screen, enter your required feedback, then Save and click "To Detail" to return to the ticket.

It is a good idea to take ownership of the service request, so that you may easily find it later.

Next, you can attach your own FUEL self-evaluation to the ticket. An easy way to do this is to click on the green "Print View" button on the ticket view in TDNext, then print to PDF.

When you are ready to send your comments and your own self-evaluation to your employee, mark the current task as complete. TDX will automatically send you and your employee an email with their original self-evaluation, your comments, and instructions for accessing your self-evaluation.

After you have met with your employee and discussed each others' self-reviews, you can finalize the review and send it to Zach by marking the final task complete.
