The Marketing Department is now in charge of site banner images and text. There are several reasons for this:

1. The banner image needs to be properly sized for desktop and mobile users. 
2. The photo selection has accessibility and legal implications. 
3. Marketing is the most familiar with how photo choices work with the UM Brand, and will make choices to ensure the brand remains consistent.
