Semester Withdrawal Form
Semester Withdrawal Form
A semester withdrawal is when a student drops ALL classes for a given semester. This includes if a student is dropping their ONLY class or last remaining class for a given semester.
If you haven't already, please review the
Semester Withdrawal website
or meet with your academic advisor.
To proceed with submitting a Semester Withdrawal Form, click the
