Need help with NEOED? You’re in the right place! Use this form to let us know if you’re having trouble accessing your account, finding the right module, or viewing employee or training information. We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Important Information:

NEOED is used for staff, contract professionals, faculty and temporary employees.  NEOED is not currently used for student employees (except for access as search committee members).

Questions about NEOED Learn Trainings:

If your question is about the content, purpose, or requirements of a training in NEOED (rather than a technical or access issue), please visit umt.edu/required-training.
These trainings are provided by various offices across campus, and that page includes information on who to contact for each required training.

Issues to Report using this Ticket:

  • I can’t log in to NEOED
  • My employee can’t log in to NEOED
  • I can log in, but I don’t have access to Learn, Onboard, or Online Hiring Center (OHC)
  • My employee is missing from my “My Direct Reports” list
  • I’m not assigned to the correct supervisor
  • My department information is incorrect
  • I’m missing assigned trainings in NEOED Learn
  • I can’t access candidate information for a recruitment/search
  • Something else
