How do I add my employee email to my phone's mail client?

Through the Outlook App

  1. If you are prompted with a Get Started button Tap that, otherwise Tap on the profile icon in the upper left-hand corner, Tap on the gear and Tap +Add Account, add an email account
  2. Enter first.last@umt.edu email address and Tap Continue
  3. Enter your UM domain (email) password, Tap Sign in
  4. Setup is complete and you are now in your Inbox

In your devices "Accounts" menu

  1. Go  Settings, Tap Accounts and backup, Account, scroll to the bottom, then Add Account.
  2. Tap the Outlook option
  3. Enter first.last@umt.edu email address and Tap Continue
  4. Enter your UM domain (email) password, Tap Sign in
  5. Setup is complete and you are now back in the Accounts list
  6. Open the Outlook app to read your email.

iOS
