Request this service if you are eligible for your faculty rollout hardware. Every tenure-track (and appropriate NTT) faculty member is given a new computer on a 4-year cycle based on an agreement in the CBA.
Each eligible faculty member has $1,550 of central funding for the rollout cycle. The first four options below (A, B, C, D) each fall within that allocation. If you are requesting a purchase that exceeds the amount of funding allocated (potentially Option E or additional peripheral equipment), you will need to provide a valid index code you are authorized to charge against.
If you choose one of the four standard options (A, B, C, D) and need no additional hardware, simply fill in the required information, choose that option, and submit.
