Who should submit this form?
Individuals or departments who need special assistance with migrating their content to the Microsoft 365 environment. A consultant will contact you for an initial meeting to discuss your current data storage environment and plan for your migration.
Before submitting your request:
Prepare answers to the following questions:
- Where is your data currently stored (Box, on-prem storage, external service)?
- If this is a departmental Box share, is there an owner? Is the owner still a university employee?
- Do you have over 1TB of data in your individual or departmental storage?
- For departmental shares, who will be the primary data steward for your migration?
