Box File Recovery

Box users who were unable to move their content to SharePoint or OneDrive before Box was shut down must submit this request in order to start the file recovery process. A Box administrator will be in touch and work with the requestor to find the best option. Please note that some files/folders may not be recoverable and that the process will likely take several days.
