Presentation Technology Services (PTS) provides media presentation equipment to campus users.
How to request
Please click the “Request Service” button at the top right hand side of the screen.
When using this form to request equipment please give as much detail as possible about what is needed, so we can get you the right equipment.
Users are encouraged to schedule equipment in advance.
***Requests for equipment to be picked up after 5:00 on weekdays or on weekends (during Library open hours) must be submitted ahead of time during the hours 8:00 - 4:00 Monday - Friday.****

Media presentation equipment for courses and other state-funded University activities is loaned free of charge.
Equipment for non-state funded, University affiliated uses is loaned at a reduced fee.
Personal use by student staff or faculty, or use by non-University affiliated users (for an on campus activity coordinated by a campus entity) is charged the full rental rate
