The University of Montana has a limited site subscription for Revvity Signal's ChemDraw Desktop for university-owned and personal devices until June 6, 2025.
This software, which is the standard chemical structure drawing software in science, is used by scientists for drawing molecules and reactions for day-to-day work in the laboratory, for preparing figures for publications, reports, and notebook entries, for calculating exact mass for molecular structure characterization, predicting NMR, generating chemical names and for basic 3D modeling. This software is used daily and has been available and used by faculty, scientists, and students at UM for several years. ChemDraw can also be used for electronic notebooks.
