In Canvas, Teachers don’t have the permission to enroll or unenroll users in their courses. Submit this request if you need a user unenrolled or enrolled as a Guest, TA, Learning Assistant, Non-Editing Teacher, ODE Assistant or Designer. You must be the course's Instructor of Record (or a member of the ODE Team) to request this.
If you need to add an additional Teacher to your course, please work with your Department Chair or Administrator and coordinate with the Registrar’s Office to list them as a secondary instructor in Banner, or update the listing directly in GrizPortal. Once designated as a secondary instructor in Banner, they will be automatically enrolled as a Teacher in Canvas.
