A LISTSERV is a communication tool used by its members to participate in on-line discussions by posting comments, suggestions, and other information to a large number of people at the same time.
At The University of Montana you may participate in on-line discussions that are locally administered by Information Technology using LISTSERV, a product developed by L-Soft, a creator of email list management and other email communication tools. LISTSERV may be accessed and administered either via email or an online web interface.
