Teams Phone at UM

In March 2025, the University of Montana transitioned telephone users on the mountain campus, as well as the east and west campuses, Flathead Lake Biological Station, and remote Teams users to the Microsoft Teams Phone System.

Teams Phone information and training materials are listed on the Microsoft Teams Phone System project webpage, and include an FAQ, Helpdesk Guide, Knowledge Base article, and augmented Teams video training (to view the videos, log in with your NetID and NetID password).
