This service is intended for non-UM customer access to the UM telephone and voice mail system. If you are leasing space from University of Montana and need access to our telephone system, please complete this request to become a customer.

UM Employees & UM Affiliates

If you are a UM employee or UM affiliate, you are in the wrong place and should not submit this request. If already authorized, please proceed to the telephone service. If you are not authorized to request a telephone service, you will need to submit an authorization request or contact your departmental person who is already authorized to place telephone service requests.

Charge

One-time activation charge:

$25 per phone. There is no charge for de-activating a phone

Monthly charge:

As of July 1, 2017 there is no recurring monthly telephone charges for UM-funded units. For units not directly funded by UM (i.e. the Bookstore), see chart below.

Availability

Your request may be submitted 24/7, however, we will process your request during regular business hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding UM observed holidays).
