Current UM employees who need to access Microsoft Office to perform essential job functions can now download the latest version for UM work on their personal device. Use of UM software for private business purposes is prohibited.
Office 365 ProPlus is one of the Office subscription service plans available to all currently enrolled UM students for free. Students may install Office 365 ProPlus on 5 PCs or Macs and 5 mobile devices.
Microsoft EES (Enrollment for Education Solutions) is an enterprise licensing agreement. The EES program allows UM to license Microsoft software covered by the program at extremely low cost compared with retail or even most discounted pricing.
