Information Technology manages several campus-wide software products for UM faculty, staff and students. Additionally, many campus departments purchase specific software products for their computer labs. If the software that is needed is not installed in the desired lab, please use this request. IT provides document/website remediation services (to WCAG 2.0 Guidelines) for several different types of documents. Documents/websites will be reviewed and remeditated for accessibility and an accessibility report will be given to the requestor. Documents/websites will be reviewed and remediated on a first in/first out basis, with priority given to academic departments.
